Fundraiser pricing breaks if the platform take is modeled as a normal marketplace percentage. This calculator lets you test a tiny flat fee per item plus a low pass fee, then see what payment processing does to the real net.
For very low-priced items, the fixed payment fee can be larger than the platform fee. That is the constraint to solve before promising "almost everything goes to the seller."
net = gross - platform_fees - payment_processing
platform_fees = monthly_pass + per_item_fee x units

Profit Margin
Gross margin, net margin, and markup — convert between them cleanly so you do not mix up 40% margin and 40% markup.
Enter the item price, expected units, platform fee per item, monthly pass, and payment-processing terms. The calculator separates gross sales, platform revenue, payment fees, total fees, and net to the seller or organization. It also shows the effective fee rate so a flat-fee model can be compared against a normal marketplace percentage.
A youth seller or club fundraiser can only work if buyers trust the page and the seller keeps nearly all of the money. Small items make this hard because fixed payment fees are painful on $2 to $8 products. This tool makes the economics visible before choosing a pricing promise.
Payment processing is modeled as a percent of gross plus a fixed fee per transaction/item. If payments are batched or paid with a lower-cost rail, reduce the fixed fee to test that scenario. The calculator does not include tax, refunds, or chargeback loss.
